  • insulted on live tv plus app not working right

    I sent a message into the lounge your sister channel and I sent it through annoymous but the presenter still read my name out and infact she even said it 5 times as I was query why my messages wasn't coming through but a lot of the same persons where. I feel very belittled by her and insulted. And because of her. Dig 5 times people emailed back making me look stupid. I am a buyer, and I was going to buy the earrings but after that I refused to buy of her now. I will never buy from that channel again when she is on. More...

  • Gems TV : 3 rings now missing stones

    I've been buying from Gems TV since 2005 and have literally spent thousands of pounds. I currently have 3 rings which have stones missing. Contacted Gems only to be told (a) their jewellery is only guaranteed for 6 months (!!!!!) and (b) as the items in question were bought from Gems before it was owned by Steve Bennett (So???), they couldn't access the details on my account. One of the rings in question has already been returned for a replacement stone because the claw had broken - and it's exactly the same claw which has broken again!   • Horrible customer service!

    My husband has bought me a lot of jewelry from this company and I have had to send back quite a few pieces due to stones falling out or it breaking. He bought me a bracelet and it broke a couple days ago due to a bad link. So I email them and it's out of the 6 month warranty and they refuse to replace it or to fix it. I can understand not giving me a full refund but to not issue a credit to my account or to fix it is unprofessional and just bad business. They offer no customer service and could care less if they loose your business! I wonder if Steve Bennett knows what's going on... More...
